The ISG series of single-stage single-suction pipeline centrifugal pumps are designed by our technical team in collaboration with domestic pump experts, incorporating advanced hydraulic models. Based on the performance parameters of IS-type centrifugal pumps, these products feature an ingeniously optimized design built upon conventional vertical pumps. Additionally, to accommodate varying temperatures and media, the ISG series has been further developed into specialized models, including pumps for hot water, high-temperature applications, corrosive chemical fluids, and oil. This product line boasts high efficiency, energy savings, low noise, and reliable performance.
Operating Conditions
The ISG series pumps are designed to operate under the following conditions: The suction pressure must be less than 1.0 MPa, and the maximum system working pressure should not exceed 1.6 MPa (calculated as pump inlet pressure plus pump head). The hydrostatic test pressure for the pump is 2.5 MPa. Customers must specify the system working pressure when placing an order. If the system pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, this must be clearly indicated so that the manufacturer can use cast steel materials for the pump's flow-passing components and connection parts to ensure durability under higher pressures.The pumps are suitable for environments where the ambient temperature does not exceed 40°C and the relative humidity remains below 95%.Regarding the conveyed medium, the solid particle content should not exceed 0.1% by volume, with particle sizes larger than 0.2 mm. If the medium contains fine particles, customers must inform the manufacturer at the time of ordering so that wear-resistant mechanical seals can be provided to enhance the pump's service life under such conditions.
Product Features
1.The pump features a vertical structure with inlet and outlet ports of the same diameter, aligned on the same centerline. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, offering a compact and aesthetically pleasing design with a small footprint, reducing construction costs. When equipped with a protective cover, it can also be used outdoors.
2.The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, ensuring a short axial dimension and a compact structure. The optimized bearing arrangement between the pump and motor effectively balances radial and axial loads generated during operation, resulting in smooth performance with minimal vibration and noise.
3.The shaft seal employs mechanical seals or a combination of mechanical seals, utilizing imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-temperature-resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for enhanced wear resistance and extended seal lifespan.
4.Installation and maintenance are convenient, as there is no need to disassemble the pipeline system. Simply removing the pump coupling base nut allows the entire rotor assembly to be extracted.
5.The pump can operate in series or parallel configurations to meet varying flow and head requirements.
6.It supports both vertical and horizontal installation to accommodate different pipeline layout needs.
