The FPZ corrosion-resistant self-priming pump is manufactured through one-time plastic molding using reinforced polypropylene (RPP). It features high mechanical strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and a scientifically designed structure that is truly unique. Inside the pump chamber, there are a liquid suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a liquid-return check valve chamber, a gas-liquid separation chamber, and a return hole.Before the first startup, it only needs to be primed with the liquid. There is no need for repeated priming during subsequent operations. A submergible valve is installed on the suction pipe. During operation, the mechanical seal does not require additional cooling water. It is easy and safe to operate without any leakage. It is the best alternative to submersible pumps and is suitable for transporting various corrosive media at temperatures ranging from 14°C to 80°C (RPP).
