Product Overview
This series of pumps are single-stage, single-suction, cantilever-type centrifugal pumps with flow-passing components lined with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). This material is the latest generation of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant engineering plastics for pumps, offering outstanding advantages, including exceptional corrosion resistance, impact resistance (particularly at low temperatures), creep resistance (environmental stress crack resistance), and excellent anti-corrosion properties among all plastics. The standout feature of these pumps is their versatility—a single pump can adapt to various working conditions, such as handling acidic or alkaline clear liquids, corrosive ore pulp in the metallurgical industry, and all types of wastewater in the environmental protection sector. These pumps are both corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.
Product Features
Pumps of the UHB-ZK series are corrosion- and wear-resistant centrifugal pumps with a universal design, suitable for the treatment of both transparent liquids and sludge, including sulfonic acid (up to 80%), nitric acid (up to 50%), hydrochloric acid and alkali of any concentration With a steel body pump equipped with 8-20 mm UHMWPE, these pumps offer open or closed motors and dynamic sealing type K. They operate in a temperature range from -20 ° C to 80 ° C (expanded to 105 ° C with modified materials) and are available in inlet chambers from Ø32-250 mm, providing a speed of 5,600 m³/h with a maximum throughput of 50 m.
