Product advantages

1. In line with GB/T13008 and the non-metallic pump process, our company produces a fluorine-lined axial flow pump of the splint graphite type. This pump showcases remarkable properties such as high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high strength, high efficiency, and energy-saving capabilities. As a result, it can be safely operated for an extended duration within a temperature range spanning from -30℃ to 150℃.

2. The flow passage components, including the pump body and impeller, are fabricated using materials such as PTFE, ETFE, and PFA. The specific choice of material is determined based on various operating conditions.

3. The pump is outfitted with a cartridge-type double-face mechanical seal, which exhibits excellent resistance to high temperatures, corrosion, and wear. This enables the pump to handle media containing particles or crystals. Moreover, the sealing arrangement and flushing scheme can be customized in accordance with the API682 standard.

4. The moving and static rings of the mechanical seal are constructed from crystalline silicon carbide or HC276 alloy. These materials are characterized by their high strength, wear resistance, toughness, and corrosion resistance, thereby effectively prolonging the service life of the pump.
