The electric diaphragm pump is a new type of pump. In recent years, due to breakthrough advancements in diaphragm materials, an increasing number of industrialized countries have adopted this type of pump to replace certain centrifugal pumps and screw pumps in industries such as petrochemicals, ceramics, and metallurgy.
Product Overview
Our factory currently produces diaphragm pumps in two models: the YGB hydraulic-driven type and the DBY electric-driven type. The product designs are based on reference samples from the American company ABEL and have been certified by the Ministry of Coal Industry.The DBY-type diaphragm pump is suitable for low-pressure applications, where the outlet pressure is ≤3 kgf/cm².The YGB-type is suitable for applications with an outlet pressure of ≥4 kgf/cm².This manual pertains to the DBY-type diaphragm pump.
