  • 1. The TCD leak-free multistage magnetic pump (multistage centrifugal pump) designed for the petrochemical process is independently developed and designed by our company. It is developed in accordance with Hg t 2730 - 2012 "Magnetic Driven Centrifugal Chemical Process Pump" and API 685 - 2000 "Sealless Centrifugal Pump for Petroleum, Heavy Chemical and Natural Gas Industry".
  • 2. The materials for the flow passage parts, including the pump body, inner rotor, pump cover, impeller, isolation sleeve, and pump shaft, can be precisely cast from materials such as 304, 316, 316L, 904, TA2, HC276, etc.
  • 3. The moving ring, shaft sleeve, and sliding bearing are made of high wear-resistant and temperature-resistant crystalline silicon carbide, tungsten carbide, and other materials. These materials possess characteristics such as high strength, excellent wear resistance, good flexibility, and strong corrosion resistance, thus effectively ensuring the service life of the pump.
